You are responsible for ensuring your rent payment is received on time. If your due date falls on a weekend or holiday, please take this into consideration to ensure timely receipts. Late rent is subject to the late fees as outlined in your rental agreement. Exceptions will not be made. Preferred payment method is Zelle.

If you are experiencing an issue with an appliance or other home-related concern that you are not responsible for, as per your rental agreement, a written email correspondence must be sent to manager@sierracapitalNV.com 

Please include details of the issue and allow for a 12-24 hr response Mon-Fri. and 48-72 hr. response on weekends and holidays.
